WE LOVE BASKETBALL SEASON!

I realize that these photos have absolutely nothing to do with tonights topic but I wanted to throw in some themed photos. the first photo is of a trip that Jacob, Carl, Dad and Shawn took a couple of years ago to see the Celtics play in Boston. Below is a photo of one of Alex's past games.

Tonight the old rivalry games of the past was revisted, The Sunapee Lakers versus the Newport Tigers. We are seperate divisions and until last year we have not played our next door neighbors in years. Jacob is in the 8th grade and made the JV team which beat Newport tonight 54 - 48. Jacob did not make any baskets but he had some amazing coverage under the basket and a couple of very good rebounds. Alex is the starting Point Gaurd this year and had a good night. Unfortunately the tigers caught on to his game early on but he still managed to get a good 12 points in. The Varsity Boy s won against Newport 59-45. And if that wasn't bad enough, the Sunapee Varsity girls also won 64-52. WAY TO GO SUNAPEE LAKER BASKETBALLERS!

WE ARE VERY PROUD OF BOTH OF THE BOYS AND THE TERRIFIC JOBS THEY DID ON THE FLOOR TONIGHT WITH THEIR TEAM MATES! KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB BOYS!
